Default No gas!!

I live in Northwest metro Atlanta (Cobb County to be exact). I just went out and rode for 20 miles going all around to find just one gas station that had premium fuel. Zip, zero, not available. Only 2 or 3 places even had 87 octane. This hits home real hard in the realization that we are "over a barrel". I will wait till tomorrow and go out in my car and see if any stations have this precious commodity.

Brent.

Just filled up the truck at a racetrack on Austell road in west cobb... only had 87.

Went all over yesterday on the ultra...all we could find was 87 in backwoods Alabama, bike runs better on that than on air

I hope this isn't a nationwide trend. There seems to be plenty of gas in the Boston area. In fact an independant station near me this morning has 87 oct. at $3.35 and 93 oct. at $3.59

Octane booster is a good idea. I think I will pick up a can at AutoZone or Advance, as I cannot imagine how long it will take tanker trucks to make their rounds all over this massive place.

Ripple effect from production interruptions caused by Ike.

It'll pass.

I'm here in McDonough, South side of Atlanta and no sigh of gas shortage here.

Brent..
seems we get hit hard in our area because the massive amounts of people consistantly congesting the roads

or maybe its just another way to hike the price
