You have a short somewhere as I'm sure you know this. Not sure how to tell you to try and find/trace it? But that is not normal. I'd start at the right side handle bar switch housing and go from there. A friend I work with bought a brand new 06 EGC and with les than 500 miles hit a pot hole and the bike shut off. Had it towed back to the dealer and one of the ignition wires was pinched under the right side switch housing and when he hit the pot hole it shorted out on the handle bar. HTH and good luck.

Yep, Already tracing the Wires..I hate that.. No pinch on the Right side, The Ground on the left of the Radio was Loose (slide on).. Wiggled the Wires around in and out under the Switch housing,Good and loose,No rub marks through the wire covers,Now I gotta try finding where the ignition wires run to.. 10,000 miles this year, Now this..I'm really dreading to pull the tank..

Also,It mainly happens when I'm getting down on the throttle,Or cruising at a higher RPM..

If you have the service manual it will tell you the wire color(s). Find the fuse on the schematic and go rom there.
