Default Anyone know about 2008 Police Edition Road King?

The local dealer has a '08 Police Edition that was used by the local police for under 100 miles as a trial. The bike has the 103 inch motor, a factory installed oil cooler, and the police bags which open with a **** on the top instead of the standard side clips. The bike has a police decal on the front fender, blacked out headlight nacelle, no rear passenger pegs and what appears to be a non-stock Harley seat.

The dealer wants $18.5K out the door for the bike. It seems to me that the larger engine and oil cooler are pluses, but the police mods are a bit different from stock and I don't know what to make of them (the handlebar mounted turn signals are orange, not black, and have a non-working "siren" setting).

Anyone familiar with this bike, or have any thoughts versus a standard Road King?

Thanks

I think that's a little high, even with only 100 miles. A new one around here is about 15K before tax/tag/title/freight/setup. Does it have ABS?

Your gonna' need a new rear tire if you plan on a passenger.
