Default Want new handlebars, need advice

I bought Harley 2" pullback bars for my 06 Ultra a couple years ago. I was never very happy with them but have lived with it.

I want bars that pull back but have a better wrist position, more relaxed and straight kind of like doing a pull up.

I read a thread about krome werks 300504's which look like they would be great.

After 15 minutes on line trying to buy them through their links on their website I have given up.. What a joke!!!

Is there another company that has a similar bar?

Thanks Brett

Check out wild1inc.com. I think I'm going to put the 575 bar on my 09 Ultra. I had Wild 1's on my 05 Road King (518's). They are beautifully made bars and quite comfortable.

There is a phone number on the Khromewerks site where you order them factory direct. I didn't have a problem ordering them at all. They are the 300505's that you would be looking for. Other vendors such as Drag Specialties sells the Khromewerk bars also. You would need a new clutch cable and should change the throttle/idle cables as well to do it right.

I have the 505's and really like them. Give them a call, no problem when i called. You probably already have the right cables if you have the harley pullbacks.

Smile Excellent Bars

I had the same problem, but finally found a set I love. Working with a local shop he let me order a few bars and try them all out. I am 5-6" and have short arms and got tired of leaning forward. Now I can use my back rest and feel like I am in my recliner. No more tingiling (sp) feeling in my right hand either. The new bars are Flanders. 31" wide, 10" center, 16" pullback. My bike is an 07 Ultra. They are great. The only down side is that now I have a mint condition Chubby (Wild ones) 575 handle bar set that I need to sell... If you want more info. and pics let me know... edge2edge@comcast.net . You won't go wrong with the flanders!!!

Thanks for the info, I will just call krome werks.

I have longer cables so I should be good there.

The wildones look good too.

Why is there such a difference in price between krome werks and wildones?
