Vance and Hines Big Shot Duals and EFI downloads

i disagree here, unless you want the pipes to be really quiet. the quiet baffles did not reduce the volume all that much (as the previous poster said), but did deepen the tone, and reduce that 'jake brake' sound that you get when you have straight pipes. well worth the cost, imo.

The Iceman, man you totally nailed what I am seeing on my 2002 Heritage Softail. I have a mild cam and did the chain tensioner upgrade. I have a high flow SE air cleaner and had SE slipons. I just put on V/H big shot longs and my bike runs very harsh at idle and low RPMs. I am researching to have the bike dyno'd and put some kind of tuner on. So many choices though! If I have to I will spend the money.... Is it worth the $ for the SERT or the Power Commander? I don't foresee any additional mods, but you never know!

I've been searching and searching for a good Big Shot Dual sound clip or photo on an 08 or 09 bagger for a while. Mine are on backorder for my 09 Road King; have been for 3 months now but at least Vance and Hines started shipping them about one month ago.
Was wondering if anyone here got the new BSD's for the 09's, if they are happy with their looks, performance and sound.
Thanks.

I just ordered the Big Shot Duals as well as the stage 1 a/c and PCV from Fuel Moto for my 06 EGS. They were delivered today. I'm at work now. Think I might be taking a sick day tomorrow to put everything one.
If you guys want a sound clip, I'll do my best but I'm only working with a laptop. Not sure what I can get on it or what quality it would be.
