I just switched over from Reinharts my self to the D&D with the perforated baffle. This is supposed to be there loud one. Gotta tell you I love it. I don't believe it's louder till you roll on the throttle and then it comes to life. Really comes to life. Deep rich tone and it backs down between shifts and when you left off the throttle. The fit and finish is great. I think the chrome is about the best I have seen. You can't go wrong with a set of these. I had the ghost pipe installed as well to retain the duals look. I love it......

Looks and performance the D&D gets it hands down. For sound my vote goes to the Rinehart. The sound of the Fat Cat never did sit well with me.

Ok, how is the heat? It has to be somewhat of an improvement. Also, how does your dyno sheet measure? I am definitely interested in the D & D.

As exhausts go.... You really need to take the application into consideration before call one "best".

As a general statement, I would go with a D&D FatCat for performance, quality, fit & finish. T-Header would win the sound category ~ at least for someone looking for the more traditional Harley rumble.

Thunder Header 2-1 without the fake wussy la la gost pipe. Gotta love the traditional HD sound!! The sound is incredible, enough to make me over look the lack of finish qaulity because it just sounds that good. Bluing? I enjoy detailing the bike anyways. For me the sound and performance is number 1. Looks is second.

I like my Vance & Hines 2-1's. I have not heard enough of other ones to make a judgement. This is not the place to get the answer to your question. You'll have to hang out where the bikes are and listen for yourself.
