List Price versus dealer prices?

You need to be an informed consumer.
All dealers are out to make as much off you as they can, it's their job, right or wrong, same with Harley, Ford, Chevy, Honda, Lexus............
I purchased both my bikes several hundred miles from my home because I got the best deal at another dealer 750 miles away. Local dealer was $3,000 high for same bike. The first bike I drove 500 miles with my trailer and picked it up. The second bike I flew in to pick it up, dealer picked me up at the airport and I drove the bike home and broke it in!!
Shop around!!!

picked mine up Friday night
Just picked up my new ultra, traded in my 2006 SG. The difference in price out the door from three different dealerships was $10,000 and my bike at two of the dealerships and $5000 and my bike at the one I bought from Capital City HD in Madison Wisconsin. I couldn't believe the difference. I also receive 20% off of all accessories all the time. I can't say enough good things about the dealership. The salespeople and service department were awesome.

You got that right! Every Jones/Landers Harley dealer in Arkansas is over $1000-$2000 MSRP. There is one dealer in the state that will shoot you straight...
