Default Tall wife-need to have more legroom

My wife needs more legroom than the stock pegs on my 08 SERK. They are at the lowest mounting point and she is still cramped. Would boards give her more legroom? What are others doing with tall,long-legged wives(on the bike) to give them more legroom?

In the picture below it shows my stock exhaust. I have since installed Rinehart TD's so that crossover pipe is not there now.

Boards will certainly let her move her feet around much more, so they are not stuck in the same place all the time. Alternatively you could get some custom pegs made up to move her feet to a more comfortable location? Shouldn't cost too much if you can find a custom shop to do it.

I put boards on the SG in the lowest spot and the wifey loves em. Swears she has much more legroom. BTW, she's a tall drink-o-water!

Now you know in order for us to make recommendations you need to post some pics of your tall, long legged wife with or without the bike.

I've posted her in the showdown forum several times. Theres a G rated pic of her in my album from Myrtle Beach this year. This isn't the forum for that here though. She's 5'10, 143lbs and I guess I'm going to try passenger footboards. It will at least let her move her feet up the board instead of locked at one spot on the peg.

Several manufacturers make adjustable pegs/floorboards for passengers. Try Kuryakyn for starters.
