Looks like MSRP, minus freight and prep. Not bad. It can't hurt to call around thou.

If you are going to call around, make sure that you let your sales person know. When I got my '07 Softail Custom, I told them up front that I already had financing and was just stopping there on my way to a different dealer that was advertising lower prices. They matched my financing rate, the price of the bike at the other dealer, and took $220 off. I bought their bike without going anywhere else. Be ready to walk away if you are not sure.

You did not mention color.. Black ($18,999), color ($19,509) or two tone ($19,919)?

Try to negotiate some chrome cash in the deal... in other words, although it's not likely on an 09... lot's of dealers will give $ towards upgrades on the front end of the deal... It makes sense... If they give you a grand it cost them maybe 6-700. You know you're going to spend some money, give it a try.

That's about what I got my '08 Ultra for. I did get an extra headset thrown in and 10% off anything else I bought that day.

I would go for it.

That looks like a pretty good price. My Local dealer gives the same deal on new bikes, but they also give you 20% off for a year on all parts and apparel, not to mention a really good deal on the install of any accessories put on at time of purchase.
