I am wondering about the air shocks on my ride. have hand pump only takes a couple of pumps and am at 20 psi if i push valve stem core to release pressure only a slight puff comes out ride doesnt seem to change either way is this normal or not thanks

 

Check the hoses for a kink or other blockage. To go from 0 psi to 20 psi should take several strokes with the hand pump.
