Default Dynojet--Check engine light

I've got a 2007 FLHX StreetGlide. I just installed true duals and I'm halfway through with the installation of a Hypercharger. I took a break from the Hypercharger (pain in the ***) and hooked up the dynojet power commander. I started the bike and noticed that the check engine light is on. The power commander was pre-mapped. Could this problem be because the hypercharger in not completely installed? I followed all the instructions with the power commander including the O2 sensor eliminators. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Did the light come on then go off after a while, or did it stay on?? Check all electric connections to all sensors, you might have loosened one, or not have one tight. Hope this helps.
