Default My Wifes new Road King

Sunday we went to look at a 2004 Road King, she had a chance to ride a lowered Road King a few weeks ago and fell in love.

So sunday we buy it and I ride it home, It has 16 apes and is not lowered...

At 1:30 my boys call and are ready to run up the mountain for our usual sunday hike. I start getting ready and she does too...

I asked her whats up and she says she is ready to ride, I tell her I havent switched her handle bars yet and that its not lowered, she says I dont care I am riding my new bike.

So 100 miles later and she is loving it sunday afternoon. I only got one pic with my cell phone but here it is.

We are now both very very happy!

Lookin' good.

I think she should keep the apes. She needs to push them farther forward or get 20s.

She didnt mind the apes, I had time to pull them back about 2 inches so there wasnt so much reach, when we got home she said 14 would be perfect and make her comfortable.

The back rest and windsheild where on when we picked it up, I asked her if she wanted them off before we left and she said no. Her bike so she can ride it how she likes.

LeoHD she is so happy she may ask to take me for a ride!!!

We tried 4 different times to get it shipped, then we found out it was delayed 3 weeks again and we just had to pass and buy local. We are very happy with this one, lower kit on the way and she is set.
