Dealer trade allowances are a joke. I think about moving to a new bike every year. However, because I travel on biz, I don't have the time to sell my bike. And I certainly don't want to give it to a dealer at wholesale.

Y'all remember the Sportster 883 trade-in program in the 80's? When the bike was first introduced, Harley dealers would offer almost full retail as trade allowance for a new bike. I have to believe the MoCo comped dealers in some manner. Harley should consider this program for certain models.
