I have a Clearview 4.5" recurve currently, and it is a little too short, about an inch. I have on order a 6.5" recurve, that should do the trick. I have no experience with the Klock werks flair. Do you have some pictures?

I've got a Clearview 8.5" and it works great, probably could have gotten by with a 6.5" but I'll try that later

Tried both preferred Klockworks at freeway speeds.

I have the Klock on my FLHX. It was a little short, so I made an aluminum extension for it. It even looks pretty good. It raised it about 1 3/4" and is a lot better. Its actually a better ride at 75 than at 50. I really like this windshield.

I've got the 8" Clearview recurve on my 01 FLHTC. Best windshield I've had. Never tried the Klock Werks though.

My personal favorite is the Cee Baileys SSC. A bit pricier than others but it works.

I too am looking for a shield vice my stock, which is right in my line of site.

Interested in photos of this setup street53glide...

Also, will any of these flair type windshields work with the harley winshiled bags? I already have the bags and like them for my smokes, cell, and garage dor opener. SSC windshield (which are cheaper then the klock werks and I think Clearview) specifically says the windshield bags wont work with it.

Can't comment on the Clearview but at 5'7" the Klockwerks works great for me.
