...the FLARE is so friggin sexy it only attracts hot chick with fake @@s. On the other hand, the recurve has been known to bring in a whale or two. Those boys should start cullin a few of 'em.

For me this is a no brainer. Tried a Klock windshield at Myrtle beach. Rode about 5 miles, turned around and took it off. The wind hit me square in the eyes and vibrated my glasses making it difficult to see clearly. I own a 8" fast air with recurve (no longer available), a 9 1/2 clearview with recurve and a 12" HD shield and they all offer better protection than the Klock which I feel is comparable to the 4" stock SG shield.
I'm not bashing Brian because I think he is a stand up guy and offers many great products but for me this one don't work.

To each their own, I personally think that flair wave looks bad and breaks the sleek lines of the bike were the recurve is more suttle. It reminds of the carnival mirrors too.

Default What about a 3rd option

Anyone checked out the new Windvest shields for batwings? I had one of their shields on my RKC and it was great. They sure look good.

I have a 6.5 recurve and love it and it lives up to everything clearview states. Very nice!

No brainer.
Clearview with recurve. Works as advertised.
And I think looks better than the wavy one.
