I recently installed the PC on my 08 FLHX. I still have a little decel popping. I'm pretty sure that I don't have any exhaust leakage, how much can I expect to pay for a PC tuning from Harley shop?

My dyno tune up took 4 hours and cost me $237.25. The air/fuel ratio right on the 13 line. Bike ran much better. If you got a PC it is always best to get in tuned IMO. I had it programed when I recieved it for just pipes and air cleaner, but when I added the 103 kit and cams it need to be changed so I had it dynoed.

Dyno tune vary from 150 to 300 usually. I think there are worth it if you have a good tuner. I got mined tuned and it ran much better and I know they are just numbers but its nice to know hp and tq

Stealerships don't like the PC, they want you to have the Race Tuner. They'll want @$300 to set one up though. I'd recommend an Indy who is a PC Certified shop with a Dyno. They'll be @$200 and do a better job, usually.

Did you add pipes and A/C along with your new PCIII? If so, it may be that you can now hear the slight decel popping a little better so it's more noticeable. I'd say that a tiny bit of decel pop is normal. You just don't really notice it on a stock exhaust.

+1. That's how it is on mine and zero decel popping.
