I just bought one of these and did not get the CD. Dealer told me Harley no longer ships that with the kit you have to buy them extra. I am not talking about the cord that connects to the PC.

Are you sure you didnt order the old race tuner? That is the case with the old one because the software is obsolete. But with the new pro-tuner I got the software with it and was even able to order extra a instructional pro-tuner DVD 32101-08

 

Mine came with the CD that contains the software application, user manual, calibration descriptions, quick sync spreadsheet and acrobat reader. The CD part number is 32111-08. I remember seeing on one of the forums here where someone posted a link to download the software. The only thing not with mine were the cables, but I bought them separately.

It shouldn't be the old one it is dated 06/17/08. I am going to check into the DVD also.

I'm pretty sure the separated out the cd.
If I recall correctly, they reduced the price of the tuner by 50 bucks and now sell the cd for 50.

I'll see if I can find the part numbers, or a link to the info.

 

I will wait before I attack the dealer.

BTY, I paid $459.95 for the 32109-08A and $320.00 for the Dyno tune. Shop Supplies $25.00 Tax $29.10 Total $834.05

I just ordered the super tuner from Zanotti's. The CD (pn 32111-09) was a separate item. The cost was $19.44

 

I just ordered from Chicago Harley:
1 x 32111-09 (32111-09) = $19.96 CD
1 x 32184-08 (32184-08) = $31.96 Cable kit
1 x 32101-08 (32101-08) = $23.96 DVD

No sense talking to my dealer he is of no help. Thanks to the forum I have the parts comming.

For those of you that have the instructional DVD is it worth buying? Does it go into detail how to program to resolve driving issues? I have a little popping during decel and would like to alter stk map but would like some feedback what changes others have made before I go changing things.
