The dealership, HD of Charlotte, installed the second starter and assorted parts to eliminate the starting problem I am experiencing while the engine is hot. I normally must start, stop, and restart in order for the bike to kick in. Besides the second starter, the clutch basket/starter clutch were also replaced. The service department manager told me that he will contact HD on Wednesday for advice. This issue has become extremely frustrating....not only for me, but for the dealership. At least the dealership appears to be doing me right and truly trying to resolve this issue. Any one have any ideas? I have got to give HD of Charlotte credit for not blowing me off. I could really use some advice and suggestions.....thanks
