That is too bad. I have had A+ service from them, including times when I have actually had to contact them. I have a ton of their stuff on my bikes. The only thing I found lousy was their swingarm covers for the Deuce. They're not right because they hit the fender. I sent my cracked ones back and they sent me another set, which did the same thing, so I modded them to fit. Maybe they've gone down the tubes recently.
I just had a horrible experience with some HD parts, so I guess maybe it's the luck of the draw.
