Standard seat VS police solo seat

Standard seat VS police solo seat
Hi all.
I ride an Electra-Glide Standard from '96, and i never had any kind of problems with my standard dual seat, but i've always wanted a solo police air seat. And i've found it finally , but now i'm in doubt. Should i go for it or not?
I've tryied the Cross-Bones with it's single springs seat and after less then 100 miles my bum ( i'm 17 stones btw ) was pretty sore...
I have a dilema, now.
I am totally aware of the fact that police solo seat is got all sorts of air-sittings but i'm doing 1600 miles every month....so what do you think?

It looks like a great idea and I was going to do the same thing until I read in several places that the air seat puts you closer to the tank. I'm 6'4" and can't hack that. You can buy the setup off of ebay pretty cheap. Try it and if you don't like it, sell it on ebay. You'll be out nothing but some time (most likely).
