Just looking at a 09 Ultra on it's side stand, from the right, it appears to have more clearance than an 08 I was looking at. HD's site has the same lean angles posted though. I've noticed comments here, usually complaining, that the 09s "sit taller". Has it been determined why that is? I guess it could be the seat or the suspension/frame change lifting it up a tad?

 

Taller tires would be my guess. I have yet to sit on one but I have been told you sit on the bike rather than in the bike.
