I removed the wheels myself, then took them to the Honda dealer
around the corner and they mounted them. I then installed Dyna Beads.
Then I took them to Belle Tire and had them inflated with Nitrogen(because it was free).
Now I'm happy as a clam.

Have you asked them to see the service bulletin? Ask them to provide you a copy of it and then contact H-D corporate. There you might find the disconnect. I think they don't want to do it because of a previous incident (improperly trained personnel or faulty equipment) that the service dept won't take responsibility for.

Worst case scenario tell them you want your money back and go to another dealership who would be willing to do the work and give them your money. Then go back to the original shop letting them see you pull up with your new treads and tell the service manager that they just lost you as a dedicated customer all because they couldn't mount a simple tire!

That's ok just take everything and go to another dealership. They didn't do the job therefor they don't get paid. Give someone else your hard earned money.

that should be on their dime. they dismounted the tire before knowing that they couldn't complete your request. it shouldn't cost you anything to get you back to where you were before they started.

My dealer mounted and balanced my commanders on cast wheels, 02 EGC, best tire I have ran this far.

We keep getting infromation about other dealers mounting Commanders but this dealer does not seem to want to, even thought they sold them to us.

Thanks
