Met the Parents of a soldier that was killed a while back in Afghanistan during a Patriot guard ride.

 

I got in a barroom fight with Jerry Lee Lewis (circa 1976). He was being a dick.

Met Steven Tyler and had lunch with his wife.

 

Met George Jones. Nice guy! Wife also met George Jones several years earlier while he was drying out after canceling his show in B'ham AL. She also got picked at a Jerry Lee Lewis concert to sit on his piano when she was much younger.
I knew both of the Allison brothers when they were in their late teens. They lived next door to my aunt and uncle. They were just getting into stock cars at the time.

 

Now thats awesome, Very fitting if you ask me.

Frankly I'm not much interested in who's hung out with who and have no idea what this is doing in the Touring section - but that's just me. Move it to the off topic section and I'll tell you a few of the unlikely/odd people you may have heard of that I've met.

 

During my bullriding days: Tuff Hedeman twice, Cody Lambert. Used to ride bulls at Cody and JW Harts dad's place, hungout with both of them a lot. Met the Carillo bros. Lots of other famous bull jockeys from the early 90's. Lots of the PBR guys. Most good guys when they are in their element. Cocky turds when out of it.
