Working on Private Yachts I got to meet a lot of famous people, and sometimes hang out. Was in Barcelona for the Olympics so met King Juan Carlos and Majic J and the rest of the Dream Team. They had to remove all of their shoes before coming on board. Monte Carlo, it was Prince Rainier and Prince Albert of Monaco. South of France, Robin Williams and Regis Philbin (not at the same time). Miami, Jamie Lee Curtis. She is funny. She stuck her head in the Copier and printed some pics. Sardinia, Ben Gazara. He is a strange one. Ft. Lauderdale Harley, Steven Tyler.

Back '70' or '71 in college in Florida, Lynard Skynard played at our school, the drummer (Atimus Pyle) had a little too much to drink and they asked if they was a drummer in the audience. My buddies litterly thru me up on stage and I played a set while someone took him out side to straighten up a little.

I'm a Banquet Waiter in a great Metropolitan City in two Great Metropolitan Hotels.. I have seen, met, or served, "everybody! Liz Taylor, John Gielgoud, Princess Sarah Ferguson, The Clintons, Giulliani, Michael Buble, Cher, Theresa Heinz, Danny Glover, Dennis Hopper, Tony Bennet, Mel torme, Johnny Mathis. I;m telling you, the list goes on, but of all the people I've met, one of the nicest was, President Bush Sr. and his delightful wife. Not only does he stop and speak with you when you approach him, he was fully engaged, You would have thought we were long lost friends. A co-worker and I were carrying on with him for at least 20 minutes. at one point, Secret Service, after watching this thing go on, approached us and asked if we would like to have a photo taken with the President, we actually declined, and then they informed us that the guests inside the ballroom where he was to speak had been waiting for a while and could he please join them. I was very impressed by this gentleman and his real down to earth and caring manner. I look forward to relating this story to George Jr. and Laura Bush in the hopefully not too distant future!
