I thought this was a joke thread when i first read it. I had never thought about bringing a dog with me, the problem I have, is I own 7 Goldens, and someone would get very jealous.

Great thread, keep the pictures coming. I have a Jack Russell pup that would love riding on my 08 RG. Worried about his hearing though. The volume of noise might be too loud for him.

We have really enjoyed traveling with our dog and she loves it. She knows when we're going on the bikes and is always bummed when she doesn't go with us.
SGChick-

Thanks for the links. I think the beastriders setup is what I was looking for. The straps seem to secure the dog in the seat which was my biggest concern.

I would love to travel with my dog. She's only 14 lbs. I get spooked about the noise, fumes and dirt in her little lungs.
Those are some way kool trailers though. Makes me rethink the issue.

Check this guy out... http://theoasisofmysoul.com/

I bumped into him this spring in Arizona. He tours with his dog in the side car. He has been on the road for about two years.

Default Wags

Hello SGChick / Melanie

Hey if you are ever passing through Redding stop by and show me your wags trailer... PM me if you should ever be in town for contact info. I would love to see one in person... Is there any room in the trailer for personal gear?

One content pup...

My little trailer serves a dual purpose... It did not take me long to figure out that I could leave the truck at home and take the bike to work...
