Since someone brought this thread back to life I figured I'd update from the post above.
The Heritage style bars are gone do to pain in the shoulder blades and elbows.
Replaced with the WildOne's 502's 12.5 inch apes. The wider grip spacing put the shoulders and elbows in a more natural position and the extra height and pull back releaved pressure on the lower back.
Love my new bars.

I'm 6 ft even at 200 lbs, I would love two more inches of rise. I am also running one of the lowest seat you can get and still would like a little more height. Given your height, you may want to consider the 14's.

Is that a Mustang seat? You and I are the same height, and I too am in a handlebar dilemma. I have the mustang solo. Thanks

The stock bars were horrible, knife in the upper back sensation. I went with the WO517s with the 8.5" rise, 14.5" pullback, 31.5" width. I liked the close to stock width for lane splitting. Eventhough the hand position is more of the "wheelbarrow" design, it doesn't affect me at all, got used to it quickly. No more pain and I'm not harping to get rid of the stock seat. Very natural riding position now. If I get a RG in a couple years I might try a mini ape design, but to be honest I don't like the looks of the taller apes, they just don't look like they belong on the bike. However, if they resolve a discomfort situation I would go with them.
