speakin' of filters, next time before you install that new shiny chrome or black one, take it to autozone, pep boys or one of the parts stores, you'd be surprised to find that the cup style that has the 3/8" drive for your ratchet extension can be found, the sheet metal filter wrench. i "fell" into this one cause i bought one for my bmw, and it fits the harley filters also. doesn't have the cutout for the sensor, but no biggie at all. and it costs three or four bux. not a bad deal. hope someone else can use this information.

Check your local NAPA store they'll order a case of K&N filters for you. That's the only way to go...

Go to a Dodge dealer and pick up a "409" oil filter. 409 are the last three part numbers of it. It is a black filter, says mopar on it, same as harley filter. I use it on my bike (08 sg). Works great!

I've had one for a while, now. Clears the sensor easily, and works perfect. Just make sure you take the filter with you when you buy, so you get the correct size.

Also, the HD Super Premium 5 micron filter works just fine.
