The dealer installed the pager and it worked fine initially. I think the battery went dead so I replaced it. Now, even after holding the button down and watching the four lights fire off in sequence, you can set off the bike alarm and the pager won't alert me. I've read the manual to turn on the pager but I just can't figure it out. I asked the dealer service manager and his comment was, "I don't know much about them things". Gee, thanks. I have an 08 Ultra if that matters.

 

Similar problem on my 08 RKC, but have never gotten it to sync. Same response from the service manager.
