Default Difference between Front & Rear Wheels

I bought a slightly used 9 spoke rear wheel off an '08 Ultra for my RK. In looking at the markings on the wheel, I don't see a H-D part number or any indication that this is a rear wheel. What is the difference between front and rear wheels or are they the same?

IRRC, they are not the same--one difference would be the difference in the bolt hole sizes--the pulley bolts are a larger diameter than the holes for attaching the rotor.

I'm not sure the 08 wheel will fit your 07 'king. Didn't they change the spacing for 08?

'08 wheels will fit the '07's. I've done it. there is a difference in the axel. change the bearings and you should be good to go.

OK, wasn't sure if the axle/bearing switch would work for him. Good.

also need to check the offset of the hub. rear offset for belt and rotor may be different than front
