Nice photos JC...... that horn cover looks sharp. hawg08, that cover really sets off your bike nicely. Both of those covers you wont see on other bikes too often......that's for sure. I was really impressed with the heavy weight of the "Bad ***" brand horn. Even the mechanic to put it on couldnt get over it. Had all the guys in the service department eye balling it. The chrome is definately show quality. Yes, it's expensive.....but our bikes are worth it!!!!

I have to admit it's a good looking piece and if money is no object this is the way to go, definitely. Too many pesos for my wallet though. My jaw dropped to the floor when I saw the price of that thing - $200 for a $30 horn cover, whew!! I guess the price people are willing to pay for their Harley trinkets will never stop amazing me.

Leftcoaster...........

If you were to physically see and hold this horn cover, you would KNOW this isnt any $30. type cover. Just like any other accessory piece.......it's the quality and workmanship you're paying for. Stock grips or pegs are a good example. Sure, they do the job, but you wouldn't think twice about spending $100 bucks or more for unique & rubber chrome ones. But I have to totally agree with you on one point........It's not a purchase for the faint hearted, but I can assure you, you'll get what you paid for.

Hey as heavy as it is... You won't have any more problems of the bike drifting off to the right side when you are riding with no hands!!!

HD does make the skull horn covers. I have one. It's one one of the painted ones though. Pricey as well.

I don't believe this is a "knock-off" product, with HD's history of going after counterfeiters. It looks like this outfit has taken Skull covers and built a horn cover around them. As they are possibly using authentic HD covers, they can get away with it, and part of the cost incurred would be their cost of buying the HD covers .
