Help: Clutch making a "click" sound?
Just wondering if any of you have ever heard your clutch making a "click" sound when you squeeze it in to switch into 2nd gear? When I'm in 1st gear & I take off, as soon as I squeeze the clutch to go into 2nd gear I hear a clear & distinct "click" that sounds like it's coming from somewhere down low? Any ideas? Happening on a brand new '09 FLHRC BTW...

Perhaps its a mis adjusted clutch rod? I had hd do my first service and my clutch felt weird and it grabbed too far out, when I opened it it was like the ball wasnt seated properly and my adj screw was way out.
maybe your click is something similar where the ball is sitting on the edge of the socket and when you squeeze it it is popping into place. It would be warranty anyway on an 09.
