Default My Dealer Aint no Stealer......appreciation thread

I salute my local Harley Davidson Dealer

I don't know how they do it......how do they hire folks that are so customer service friendly and put up with all us hardtails day in and day out hanging around while still trying to sell bikes and make a living......?

When I get tired of sitting around the house I know I can ride my fatboy to the dealer and get a feel good experience and it makes my day!!!

So to all the grumpy folks that love to play the stealer card....well I'm not on board with that....anyone else....?...

I too, have a great Dealer in N. W. Tennessee ( Abernathy's in Union City). I drive 130 miles to get to them, when I have 4 dealers closer ( 1 only 2 miles from me ).
Their prices are great, service top notch, discounts on parts and they do eveything and more to keep my business! I could just stay there for hours! Very Damn pleased!

Yea, I like my local dealership too. They won't give you a discount much but they are very friendly and helpful. You know, most H-D dealership employees does not get two days off in a row. It's got to be hard to get a decent ride in...

Nice to hear some good news about a dealer, but please
don't call us grumpy folks that love to play the stealer card.
Many dealers are just plain crap and don't care about
their customers, just read the stories on this forum.

I'll give up thumbs up to the guys and gals at Seattle HD. They have always treated me well. I pay for that treatment, but consider it a fair exchange.

A big thumbs up for the sales and parts folks at O'Toole's HD in Wurtsboro, NY also. Their service dept. is making huge efforts to make up for past problems and I thank them for that also.

Nice to hear about a positive experience for a change. Any good dealers in Orange County California? I need to do a stage one on my Road King.

I recently gave my service writer and mechanic a 18 pack of coors each for their great service. Folsom HD in Folsom California, next to Sacramento. They have always treated me very well. The parts guys are mostly former Marines which I like, and the motorclothes department is very well stocked and has good sales every so often.
