Long story short, I'll finally be back in the Harley family tomorrow. My '06 Cobalt Blue RG (totally stock) is scheduled to arrive at my dealer tomorrow morning. I've already done all the paperwork and insurance stuff so it's just a matter of picking up the bike after the make-ready is complete. By this time tomorrow, I'll be cruising in style.

I feel like a kid on Christmas Eve waiting for Santa!

Thanks! I have to admit that the "shark" styling is not my favorite but I'm willing to overlook that in exchange for the increased stability of the frame-mounted fairing. For the past few months I've been riding sport tourers - BMW R1200RT and Honda ST1300. I'm looking forward to getting back to lower seating and lo-end torque. This will also be my first bike with a radio.

congrats on the new RoadGlide, I love mine. You'll get used to the fairing. Not sure if I'm just a fast rider but when i got the bike I found myself running up the butt of other riders in the corners on my RG.
