TJ is right. While admiring his scoot, I noticed that the ws trim is different than what is on my 05. It's more rounded an seems like is has a larger diameter than the 05's. Again, I never had this problem on my '02....???...

 

I would like to see some pictures of that to see if it is differant then mine. The first try the dealer tried to silicone it in and the tech had silicone everywhere and the rubber trim had already started to come out when I went to pick it up. I told them to try again.

Congrats Bro! I got an '05 RG in Black Cherry! I traded in my Road King Classic and now love the RG! I took it on a road trip last year from Phoenix to Oregon. Wow! my RG performed flawlessly! This year, I upgraded the exhaust and added the SE Race Tuner. Had it dyno'd and the torque and horsepower have increased over 30%! My next major upgrade will be the 103inch kit. Have to save up for that!
