I have added some items from the Flame collection on my bike. I was wondering what do those who have already added the Flame Floor board insererts think about these. I have noticed on my flamed pegs I get a little scuff from my boots. Does this also appear on the Flamed Floor boards? I am aware that I can expect dirt and whatever from the putting my foot down on the ground, but if you had to do it over again would you?

Absolutely as for them scuffing... no more than the stock ones... cleaning is fun though... cleaning between the flames... as for wether or not I would do it again... fo sho

 

Thanks for the input. I like the Crimson Red with the Flame accessory. I've been scratching my head about the floor boards. I'm done scratching!

 

I have those boards on my 04 ultra, they are nice but they are a pain to clean. It is really fun to polish the chrome in between the flames and not get the polish on the black.

 

Had them on my old 98 rk. They were nice, after a year or so back part of the board after all the rain and other weather stuff. The chrome on the boards looked a little "tired" a lot of elbo grease to bring them back. A pain in the neck to clean.
