Need some help. I am looking to get a SG and dont know if it will fit thru my door. How wide is the batwing? Need a measurement on it. Thanks

 

I got 38". That thing is not necessarily easy to measure! LOL

no prob. 1 small piece of advice, give yourself another 5" at least for additional clearance. I tried to squeeze by a brick wall once a few months ago and woulda made it if I hadn't needed to turn the bars a smidge for balance. Now I have a 1/2" scuff that I'm not sure how to fix on the outer edge of my right wing. A serious downer!

What the hell do you think they make the Sawsall for???
On the real side though.....I would assume the batwing on a SG would be the same aidth as the batwing on any other model........

PS: I would NEVER let how wide a door was keep me from the bike of my choice....not for one second!
