correct. my wife is a clerrk of circuit courts traffic division. good law in my opinion. the streets are not the place for this type of behavior and it puts everyone at risk when it occurs. i fly ionto a rage every time i see one of these arseholes stunting down the road. take it to the track

 

I was very leary of the original version the House passed. Evidently so was the senate. The compromise version is better, but I too, dislike the parts that are pretaining to bikes only. However if it stops some of the idiots out there...... Time will tell.

The only parts pertaining to only bikes is the horizontal license plate and the wheelies. I can't say I've ever seen a car with a vertical plate and I know I've never seen a car pulling a wheelie on the road. Everything else is worded as motorvehicle which will pertain to anything on the road.

So now that this turd has this law passed do you think he will go home and rest. He is already thinking of what else he can do. Maybe loud and not so loud pipes or dress codes (that might not be a bad thing) Sure, some of it makes sense until they start to stretch the law around a bit to fit their needs.
