Yes, but you should strongly consider buying a mounting kit from Biketronics or Hawg-Wired.

As for the Alpine headunit mentioned in your later post, I doubt that the Biketronics or Hawg-Wired interface unit (a plug and play device that allows you to control the headunit with your handlebar controls) is compatible.

If you buy infinity or jbl makes sure they are not the "oversized woofer" models, the surrounds will be squashed by the mounting bosses of the speaker molding in the batwing. You will see what i mean if you don't heed my warning. What you want is a traditional 5.25" sized speaker.

Got a K Mart special mounted in my standard. No mods to anything, just some spacers etc. here and there.Didn't bother with the hand control package. Don't need it. Also mounted two "bug eye"?? speakers in the guage holes at the bottom of the inner fairing. Perfect fit and four speakers is better than two.

 

I suggest a marine grade radio as it is out in the element remeber........
