My 03 Electric Glide has just turned 43K. The debate never ends about what to do to the machine. Now that a buddy of mine just installed a new 6 gear trannie for $3k he argues there is no need to boost the engine. Looking for opinions. Currently stock except for the hi-flow screaming eagle exhaust. I'd like a bit more oomph but am not sure where best to spend the $$. Love my ride, so don't want to screw it up by doing something just because!

 

Put in a set of mild cams,and adjustable push rods.

 

95\103CI and a 6-Speed Tranny and you'll be running rings around the 96CI with out a heat problem!
