It can't be. You can buy that right now so there'd be no need to pre-order. It has to be the EFI module they're talking about.

Not generating enough extra cash for them to notice. They don't take a credit card number nor charge one to get on the list. Good business practice, IMO. They will call to verify I still want the item when it's ready to ship and get a confirmation from me - THEN, they'll get my money.

No Christmas money, they're not taking deposits, just putting you in line to get a call when they're ready to ship.

Get yourself(s) a SERT or a TTS and a quality tune and forget it!

If you can't find a quality tuner and you have some where-with-all, buy a Daytona TwinTec TwinScan II+ and tune the SERT or TTS yourself.

Properlt tuned, results WILL be better with either of these two devices than with the tmax, and you won;t have to cry about the gas mileage going to he11 after installing a tmax....

The obvious draw of the Tmax is its "autotune" feature. Having that, if it works as advertised, there no need to go schlepping around trying to find a "quality tune". Clearly, if the advertising claims fall flat, they're soon going to have big problems selling their products. So, do you have experience with Tmax such that you can provide evidence they don't work as advertised?

Raklefratz, my own experience was loss of MPG , 44 down to 28, killer performance but I could not tune the MPG back in. Granted I am barely an amature and they have made the Tmat vista compatible but I gave up and went back to a SERT. I would reat the tuning section of this forum for more than a few days before I sunk a grand into a tune, pay particular attention to the systems Phil mentions as they all have their good and bad points. Just my 02. Good luck.

Id bet a left nut PhilM knows a thing or 2 about HD Performance. I had the TMAX on my 07 and its not fool proof. Once set up correctly it works well. IMO the Zippers staff are very committed to a great product and stand up guys. I currently have a SERT with good tune and may get negative feedback from this but its the best running HD I have ever had.

Sorry, I'm going to take a pass.

I was on the list and am no longer interested in being a guinea pig for testing their new EFI mod. I waited and waited and nothing was ever communicated, finally one year later they think they have it figured out.

Got my SERT, it works flawlessly... not interested in experimentation.
