I use per Service Manual the HD Special Purpose grease Pt.# 99857-97 for my steering neck. But I'm sure you could get by with a decent lithium grease from WalMart. I'm just ****.

Got the Zerk all changed out. Gonna be a lot easier to get to now with the 45 degree zerk.
