Yes, you can Upload tiny sig pics - but most folks cannot do so the normal way by putting in IMG tag in. That feature is disabled for all but senior members & moderators right now. I'm assuming it will be turned on sometime today - but who knows. The value is called BB Image Code and it is set to NO for most folks. You can see this in the CP in your Sig section towards the bottom. Once that is a YES, you should be able to link a normal sized pic like you're used to.
