Well I had the Bub true duals on because I thought they looked great and were the "cool" thing to have but I was'nt real impressed with the performance. Now I put a Vance & hines Pro Pipe on and It has really came to life! What a difference! Once I get the injector upgrade I wiil have it dynoed and post the results.
There is no question that a good 2-1 pipe will provide better performance. Once you get past the thought of the pipe on one side (took me all of about 60 seconds) rather that both, you'll like that look too. There are many great 2-1's: D&D FatCat, ThunderHeader, WhiteBros, V&H, Bassani, etc....

THe good thing is that there are so many choices - not just the 2-1's, but all of them. That way, we can all be happy!

As soon as I get really bored, and end up with a whole bunch of extra money to waste, I will try them all, and let you know.

Switching to the Super Trapp 2 into 1's from my S.E.slip ons gained me only 3 horse on the top end but I picked up 10 pounds of torque on the bottom end and lost about 25 pounds. This made a big difference riding the bike..........[sm=burnout.gif][sm=gears.gif]

It would be interesting with a siames 2-1 system on both sides on a bagger, nice looking and great performance!
