found this to be the same for me.&nbsp\\; Bike takes longer to start since the new canister, but i rarely need to stop cranking and try it again.&nbsp\\; It is normal for the pump to come on when the bike doesn't start the first time.&nbsp\\; Starts without issues when hot tho and seems to run the same.

Maybe the o-ring that seals the shell itself is off a little

Dawg you hit it right on the head. My O- ring was not seated properly and I was losing fuel pressure. Once the o-ring was flipped upside down it seated better.

Which o-ring did you flip, the canister or regulator?
