My local dealer won't do it until I get the letter from HD and they get the kits for the recall. Wonder how long that will take.

I heard the same thing from my dealer. He also said he hasn't seen one go bad so I don't need to worry.

Time to find another dealer. When they go the bike dies. There have been many cases reported of them going bad in these forums.
