07 roadking exhaust
#13
I put the Kuryakyn Crusher slipons and the Nightrider XiEDs on my 2007 Street Glide. That's all I did and it runs great, sounds great, is cooler and smoother with a much improved idle. Put them on at 10,000 miles and now have 20,000 miles with no probs
The plugs look fine when I checked them too so do it!

I just did a total upgrade to my 07'
Added:
Cobra FI2000 o2 Fuel Module :$250 (ebay new)
Stage 1 Kit Arlen Ness: $150 (ebay new)
Samson M-119 Fishtail Pipes: 250 (ebay used)
Total: $650
I also added an old school round filter cover (not in my sig pic yet) and that cut all of the heat around my right leg. The round cover takes up less space around the motor than the football and really lets you see the motor better!
The Cobra has to be dialed in over some time rather than a download from the dealer (depending on when your 07' was built you may need the download, just follow directions on the Cobra)
Be sure to have an EFI Module ready to go when you do your stage 1 or it will run way too lean especially with the free flow pipes.
Everyone on here is really good about lending some information. Don't be afraid to ask.
The one thing that will help you the most with your mods is the SERVICE MANUAL. If you don't have one get one. It will save your ***! Good Luck!

Look at where each of the exhaust pipes meets the cylinder head. Then follow each pipe a few inches toward the mufflers. The O2 sensors are right there - they stick out of the exhaust pipes facing toward the left side if the bike.
There is an electrical wire coming out of each O2 sensor. Follow each wire about 6 inches and there will be a connector plug. That is the connection you must unplug. The IED's or the XIED's have the male and female mating plugs for each side of the factory connector. That is where the IED's or XIED's plug in.

new slip-ons
I have a 07 RK ( LOOK @ MY SIG PIC) with Rush 2.0 SLASHCUT DOWNs. I have over 10k on my bike with these pipes with no problem. I do not have an upgraded A/C or computer system like a stage one, but in my opinion, I do not need it, the bike runs great and sounds great. Yes, i do get a slight decel pop, but it does not effect anything. For Rush slip-ons, you'll pay about $200 to $275.
