The best seat out there.&nbsp\\; I tried going back to stock, and there is no comparison!&nbsp\\; Sundowner is the way to go.&nbsp\\; I think the stock makes the bike look a tad bit more streamlined, but I'd rather have the comfort.&nbsp\\; If your gonna just buzz up and down the ave to show the bike, than stay with the stock. Just my 2 cents.

 

Love mine on my Roadglide, I seems lower to me than stock and a little wider when you put your legs on the ground. Got Alaska leather sheepskin that I use for long trips, no sore butt yet

 

Stock seat had to go after my wife and I put 100 miles on it....bought a Sundowner the next chance I had....my seat sets a little lower and a little forward but i got used to it the next 100 miles...my wife can ride a full tank of gas before asking me to stop and walk off a little sorness...as for the looks i thinks it's just fine...for the money it's a good buy...

Iput Sundowner on my 08 RG and 1" memory foam leaving for Wisconsin next week. I love that seat. Stock one was killing me.

 

what are you looking for? do you want to get low or what......check out the Danny Gray big seat or check out some of the stuff by C&amp\\;C

 

Agreed! But from the rear it is still BUTT UGLY!

 

I recently bought one to try for better comfort on distance rides...gave it a short&nbsp\\;600 miler, and it seemed promising! I decided a comfortstitch for when the wife rides, a sundowner for me with distance and the stock seat for profiling and short around town rides ( bike night ) etc... My 2 cents

why not just put a real sheepskin on the seat from IKEA (cut it to the shape of the seat and you are set to go)......for long distance rides and take it off when riding around town?&nbsp\\; Any thoughts about that?

 

I live near an IKEA if somebody needs one. Just let me know.
