How hard to replace rear tire??
Wondering if it is worth it or not? I can take old and new to dealer to mount and balance. Beginner should be able to do this? \\;I have the service manual, but that isnt always the clearest for a beginner. \\; I did 5k service with no issues that I didnt get answered here. \\;I could have dealer do the instal, and get my belt tensioned by them as part of service they would do for the tire anyway. I would pay someone to teach me, stand over my shoulder. I just dont want to have a future post that reads - My back tire passed me today on the highway.LMAO. \\;OK, thanks for the replies.....

RE: How hard to replace rear tire??
The first time I changed mine, it took awhile. \\; Definantely need a good lift and floor jack to make the job easier, the manual gives pretty good instuctions. Just take your time and the right tools also make it easier, axle nut is a 36mm on my bike, be sure to torque all nuts to specifications.

I agree with most: Easy job. But it took me about 15 to 20 minutes from start to completion. That includes placing jack under the bike, finding the right tools etc... I bought my tire online from J&\\;P and had a local shop mount and spin ballance for $20. The labor at a dealer is for those who have money to burn.
