Just installed two SIED's on '08 Ultra with 300 miles on it...no mods other than 2.5" Rush mufflers.

Idle is now at least 300 RPM's higher and pretty rough.
&nbsp\\;
Nightrider is evidently closed for the weekend.
&nbsp\\;
Any thoughts would be most appreciated.

Did you try resetting your TBW? I doubt the install had anything to do with it, likely just a coincidence. Turn your ign switch on and off four times, with a count of ten seconds between each cycle.&nbsp\\;
