Sounds like an exhaust leak.

Ya know just some exhaust systems are prone to have a little decel pop. Use to be the NORM. in the Good Ol Days.

RE: Decel popping
If you had a SE race tuner, you could increase the decel enleanment, which is what I did. \\; Decel popping is the burning of unburned fuel that continues into your exhaust pipe. \\; If it is a small exhaust leak contributing to the burning of that fuel, you're still dumping unburned fuel into the exhaust. The exhaust leak is just contributing enough oxygen for the fuel to ignite.

RE: Decel popping
I too have the FuelPak and slight popping on decel at lower RPM's\\; had it since Day 1 of the install. Other than that, bike runs fairly cool and is efficient on fuel. Overall, I can't complain about the FP performance.
